Jo Sherman
My name is Johanna Sherman, but I like to introduce myself as Jo. I graduated from Massage Therapy School in Spokane Washington and have been a massage therapist since May 2023. I absolutely love this field of work. I attended Eastern Washington University and graduated with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. I have an athletic background, working as a personal trainer, competed in, as well as coached in track and cross country. I have also worked as a medical assistant for a pain management clinic. Working with chronic pain patients helped me shift my career to a more holistic approach that aligned with my values of health and well-being. I tailor every massage depending on my clients therapeutic needs. I am trained in various deep tissue techniques that aid clients in reaching their wellness goals. When I’m not massaging, I love teaching Yoga, trail running, and being in the kitchen baking something sweet!

Armelle Watson
Armelle graduated from the Montana School of Massage in 2016. She pursued a career in massage because she wanted to help people with their wellness needs. Armelle has made it her goal to continue building her knowledge in the massage industry. She is currently certified in: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian style), Reiki, Reflexolgy, Aromatherapy and Hot Stone massage.

Nicholas McMarrell
My name is Nicholas McMarrell. I graduated from The Montana School of Massage in 2016. Massage has been a great opportunity for me to practice my passion for understanding the body. As an Army reservist and having been involved with sports and martial arts, I have learned how to manage fatigue, discomfort, pain, and stress. I specialize in trigger point therapy, deep tissue and cupping just to mention a few of the treatments you can expect. I make it a goal to always approach the body as a whole so that the client can experience long lasting benefits.
