Kyle Dietrich

Personal Trainer

Everyone knows we can train muscles, but few people know that we can also train and reshape connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, and bones. My training philosophy is that most people will embrace sound exercise principles when given the knowledge and logical reasoning of why certain strategies are better than others. Once we can agree on a strategy that will make you look better, feel better, and perform better, the rest of my job is to make workouts as entertaining as possible! Life is too short to not enjoy the things that are inherently good for us.
