Led by certified and experienced instructors, our indoor cycle classes are designed to provide a challenging and exhilarating workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. Using state-of-the-art bikes and technology, our classes simulate outdoor cycling with a variety of terrain, speed, and resistance levels, providing a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health and builds lean muscle.

Welcome to our Oula dance classes, where fitness and fun come together to create a unique and energizing workout experience. You don’t need to be a trained dancer to enjoy the benefits of this dynamic workout. With our easy-to-follow choreography and upbeat music, you’ll be moving, sweating, and having fun in no time.

We offer many freestyle classes to choose from each week. Freestyle does not conform to a pre-choreographed format. It embraces many levels and styles (Interval training, tabata, circuit)
Classes include PEAK EXTREME, BodySculpt, Step, PEAK Strength, PEAK Cardio and Strength and PEAK Plyo and Strength.
