
Classes
Classes are designed to help PEAK members achieve their desired level of fitness in a safe and motivating environment. All instructors are certified and many are also part of our highly qualified and capable personal training team.

Cycling – The PEAK cycling studio overlooks our basketball court and indoor track. Join us for an invigorating, fun workout in one of many indoor cycling classes featuring LeMond™ bikes. Our classes are suitable for beginner to advanced exercisers. Cycling is an effective way to cross train and add versatility to your workout. Cycling Schedule (pdf)
Mind & Body – By emphasizing the mind-body connection, yoga and Pilates both promote “mindful movement.” Yoga emphasizes flexibility over strength while Pilates emphasizes toning over flexibility. Mind & Body Schedule (pdf)
Water Aerobics – Challenge your cardiovascular and muscular capacity in both deep and shallow water aerobics classes. Our class schedule is designed for all fitness levels. Water Aerobics Schedule (pdf)
Swim Lessons – We offer swimming lessons for all levels, adults included. The PEAK Sun Rays, our childrens swim team (ages 5-12), is a great way for your kids to stay active and is a nice addition to other sports.
