Fitness & Sports Performance Director

Stephen specializes in fitness conditioning and sports performance. He has worked with athletes in every realm of sports from professional rock climbers and pro rodeo cowboys to professional volleyball and basketball players and everything in between. His training is result driven, functional, emphasizing joint integrity, strength, flexibility, speed, vertical training and weight loss. “Most importantly it’s about making fitness fun and part of your life journey.”

Jen specializes in exercise programming for people with chronic conditions and physical limitations. She has over 17 years of experience working with a variety of clients including stroke recovery, joint replacement, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disorders and cancer recovery. As a breast cancer survivor, Jen has a personal connection to those who have fought and survived. Jen strives to motivate and inspire people of all fitness levels in a safe & encouraging environment. Her goal is to create an experience for all to feel welcome, successful and capable of reaching their fitness goals.

Bostian Johnstone

Personal Trainer

Bostian is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and focuses on athletic improvement and overall physical and mental development. Exercise should be used to improve overall quality of life by increased self-confidence, mood, sleeping and reducing overall stress in one’s life.

Shane believes exercise is the best medicine you can give your body. Shane enjoys basketball, floating the rivers of Western Montana, fishing and hiking.

Eighteen years of Taekwondo have increased my confidence, assertiveness, and self-awareness. spreading these qualities to all groups has been especially rewarding. I can’t stress enough the importance of strength training as we age.

I have worked in health clubs for over 35 years with a variety of age groups, running bootcamps, land and water aerobics, and weightlifting. I was at the Women’s Club from 1989 till it’s close in 2021 when I joined The PEAK’s front desk staff.I am passionate about building confidence in my clients and helping them achieve their goals.

My greatest accomplishment in life is my family. I was married for 31 years, and have three grown children and one grandson.

Angie has 20 years of teaching and training experience. She specializes in group training, and believes in creating a safe, inviting, and inspiring space to reach fitness goals at any level while becoming a part of a passionate, supportive, and motivating community. A firm believer in the whole person, Angie meets people where they are – teaching, coaching, and instructing for both the mind and body. Alec McNeill

Personal Trainer
Alec is passionate about teaching safe and effective weightlifting and functional training skills to clients at all levels, from true beginners to professional athletes. He specializes in technical weightlifting instruction,  injury prevention, weight loss, fitness nutrition, balance and effective core strength, as well as muscular strength, endurance and hypertrophy. 
 
Alec has extensive experience using functional training to promote and maintain weight loss, having personally lost over 100 pounds of body fat while also increasing lean muscle mass. As a blood cancer survivor, he understands how important physical training, nutrition, stress management, recovery, and self-care are to the healing process. He firmly believes that it’s never too late in life to try something new or to open a new chapter. Alec offers an accessible and safe environment for clients of all fitness levels, with a highly individualized approach to programming, coaching and training.

It taught her the importance of staying physically fit to tackle any challenge—lessons she brings into every training session.
 
When Jessi is not personal training, she enjoys training for and competing in long-distance triathlons.

This is a great way to take your fitness to the next level and improve your form at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. Our trainers have worked hard to refine programs with specific goals. Whether you hope to increase your joint mobility, power through heavier lifts, or keep up on the ski hill, there is a program for you. Up to 5 people per group and spaces are limited.
