Mike Rankin

Fitness Director

Mike has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years. He believes true wellness is all encompassing-how you choose to live your life: nutrition habits, stress management, sleep habits, spiritual health, and relationship health. “Fitness still has an uphill battle with too many people who perceive it as only for the young and the athletic. My goal is to help make fitness and wellness inviting and appealing to all age groups, abilities, genders, and limitations.”

Coach Stephano

Personal Trainer

Coach is passionate about Judo and Jiu Jitsu. He is a firm believer in a healthy lifestyle which consists of exercise, proper nutrition, quality rest stress management, and proper hydration. Coach is a big advocate of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Upon completion of this screening, training begins with correctives followed by mobility, stability, and motor control training. He specializes in corrective exercise, functional training, general fitness, rehabilitation and sport enhancement.

When Dylan moved to Missoula for college and learned there was a degree focusing on how the human body changes and responds to exercise, he knew he found his calling. When he is not training, you’ll find him skiing, trail running, golfing, and spending less time being injured. Dylan specializes in functional movement training, core strengthening, movement progression, and sport-specific training.

Carole has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Starting as a Natural Figure Competitor, she came to see an unhealthy side of the fitness industry and realized her passion to help others find balance and achieve their fitness and health goals without extreme measures. Carole has a unique approach to training and lifestyle management that is sure to help you with everything from weight loss to balanced nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and drawing.

A personal trainer for over a decade, Mathew concentrates on functional strength, sustainable resistance training, injury prevention, and body maintenance. Mathew has worked with clients of all levels, from clients who are new to exercise to professional athletes and everyone in between. He designs programs tailored to each client, notably to improve athleticism and strength and to minimize the risk of injury.

Alli Moe

Personal Trainer

Alli grew up playing sports and lettered as a varsity athlete all four years of high school. Her love for fitness grew after she graduated and no longer had structured sports to keep her active. Alli began strength training while working at the Missoula County Detention Facility. She loved the way strength training improved her mental and physical health. In her spare time, she enjoys going on adventures with her two dogs and spending time with family. Being an athlete was in her roots, but her passion for the fitness industry grew when she became a high school track and volleyball coach.

She believes that our mindset is the most powerful weapon and tool we have and when we combine it with our health, we can reach any goal we set.With expertise in weight management, strength training, and portion control, my goal is to create a fitness community where everyone -regardless of their starting point- can thrive while transforming physically and mentally.

Outside of training I am most likely at jujitsu, playing volleyball, spicing up a new recipe, or spending time with my family out on flathead lake!

Kaitlin grew up swimming competitively for 10 years and was a member of the UM Triathlon team in college and has always found happiness and inspiration through movement.

She believes that it is the little changes we make that create the biggest impact in our lives and we don’t need to limit ourselves to be healthy and happy. Her goal is to help people feel confident in who they are, strong so they can play outside as long as possible and become more aware and connected to their body.

In her free time Kaitlin enjoys adventuring outside, exploring new places and eating good food.
