We offer a variety of group fitness classes every day in our three Downtown Group Fitness studios. Led by our experienced and certified instructors, our classes offer a vast range of workouts designed to cater to different fitness levels and preferences. Whether you’re looking for high-intensity cardio, strength training, yoga, or something in between, our classes have something for everyone.

Mind & Body

Each week we offer over 60 classes that include all you need to help you reset mentally, keep your stress levels in check, and stretch and strengthen your body and mind! We have several different styles of yoga and 9 mat pilates classes every week, along with more specialty classes including Kinstretch, Bamboo Bodies, Tai Chi Chih, and Qi Gong!

There is something for everyone and we encourage you to try something new! PEAK has the best instructors in Missoula, and they are committed to showing you how breath and movement together keep you going.
