The PEAK requires all freeze requests to be submitted in writing 15 days prior to the end of the month. Freezes are a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 6 months and may involve a fee. Freeze Requests can be submitted by completing the form below or by the following options: filling out a Freeze Form in person, by emailing membership@peakmissoula.com, or by sending a letter in the mail.
