Cancel my membership

The PEAK requires all cancellations to be submitted in writing on the 15th of the month prior to the month you wish your account to be terminated. Cancellations can be submitted several ways:
- By Completing the form below
- By filling out a Cancellation Form in person
- By emailing membership@peakmissoula.com
- By sending a letter in the mail.
