Stephen specializes in fitness conditioning and sports performance. He has trained athletes of all levels including high school, collegiate and professional (MLB, PGA, MMA). Stephen has coached basketball, volleyball and track and has a background in comprehensive golf conditioning. His training is result driven, functional, emphasizing joint integrity, strength, flexibility, vertical jump and weight loss. Stephen's interests include hunting, fishing, boating on Flathead Lake, horseback riding and calf roping.

Mike began his career in personal training in 1991. His first health club affiliation was the Lake Ballinger Athletic Club in North Seattle. Following his return to Missoula in 1994 he served as the Fitness Director at the Courthouse Sports and Fitness Club for 15 years. In 2007 Mike joined The PEAK fitness department as director.

That desire of sports and performance became his focus of study when choosing a major at the University of Montana. Marlon started active Military duty in 2010 and currently serves as an Army Reserves Officer. He has vast experience in developing and implementing physical readiness training to a diverse population from teens to seniors. Marlon believes in the importance of focusing on joint health as the key to mobility training and strengthening within your range of motion. He will take you through a body awareness, functional movement session that will teach your central nervous system how to control your ranges of motion. Outside the gym, Marlon spends his time as a volunteer medic in the community and overseas and indoor rock climbing. Chris specializes in sports performance, aerobic/anaerobic endurance (triathletes, marathoners, mid-distance running), muscular endurance, weight loss and maximizing speed/power (track & field). His core values include hard work, self-discipline, and repetition. He firmly believes anyone can access an increased quality of life and self-confidence through achieving ones unique fitness goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Chris grew up in Fort Benton, MT and his past athletic career comprised of high school/collegiate football and track. In addition to Personal Training, Chris coaches local high school track/field and football. Coaching high school athletics has been a primary passion of Chris's for many years. When Chris is not training he enjoys trail running, hunting, triathlons, wake boarding and white water rafting.

Jen specializes in exercise programming for people with chronic conditions and physical limitations. She has many years of experience working with a variety of clients including stroke, recovery, joint replacement, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disorders and cancer recovery. She started a non-profit and facilitated exercise programming for 13 years for people with physical limitations and disabilities. As a breast cancer survivor, Jen has a personal connection to those who have fought and survived. She leads a weekly small group training program for breast cancer survivors at The PEAK. Jen strives to motivate and inspire people of all fitness levels in a safe & encouraging environment. Her goal is to create an experience for all to feel welcome, successful and capable of reaching their fitness goals. Jen's core values are hard work, consistency and care. She has spent extensive time developing skills, technique mastery and earning advanced and elite certifications in group fitness. She believes that you should never stop learning and always strive to be the very best you can be. Jen grew up in the central valley of California. She has two children and enjoys gardening, baking and spending time outdoors.
