Stephen specializes in fitness conditioning and sports performance. He has trained athletes of all levels including high school, collegiate and professional (MLB, PGA, MMA). Stephen has coached basketball, volleyball and track and has a background in comprehensive golf conditioning. His training is result driven, functional, emphasizing joint integrity, strength, flexibility, vertical jump and weight loss. Stephen’s interests include hunting, fishing, boating on Flathead Lake, horseback riding and calf roping.
Mike began his career in personal training in 1991. His first health club affiliation was the Lake Ballinger Athletic Club in North Seattle. Following his return to Missoula in 1994 he served as the Fitness Director at the Courthouse Sports and Fitness Club for 15 years. In 2007 Mike joined The PEAK fitness department as director.
Shane believes exercise is the best medicine you can give your body. He specializes in core and strength training, plyometric training, lifestyle changes, endurance training and has experience with clinical exercise training. Shane enjoys basketball, floating the rivers of Western Montana, fishing and hiking.
Since moving to Montana, Dylan has participated in skiing, soccer, basketball, baseball and tennis. That desire of sports and performance became his focus of study when choosing a major at the University of Montana. Dylan believes the best way to stay healthy is to focus and train for activities you enjoy. Dylan specializes in core strength, sport specific training, functional weight training, and general fitness.
Rick is a retired Army officer and is passionate about helping people live healthy lives. He specializes in corrective and rehabilitative exercise, strength and conditioning, flexibility and recovery, functional core training and working with the senior population. He believes in a holistic approach to exercise and nutrition that is sustainable for everyone looking to live a happy, healthy life.
Janelle grew up with two younger brothers on their family farm in Montana. She believes exercise should be a priority, just like eating and sleeping. The benefits of regular exercise are endless. There is no easy way out. Make the decision to work hard and never give up. The best things in life are worth the fight. She is motivated to help you meet your unique fitness goals. She specializes in health improvement, weight loss, increased muscle strength and endurance, functional fitness, and (TRX) suspension training. Her interests include water skiing, snowboarding, snow skiing, running, biking, hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Since he was a child Marlon has always strived to become a lighthouse. A beacon, the guiding light that shines in all direction and enables all who are adrift at the sea we call life, to use him as the helping hand. Marlon's strong desire to help led him to join the Army in 2010, where he helped develop and implement physical readiness training to a diverse population as a Physical Training Non-Commission Officer. Marlon is currently a senior pursuing a degree in Health and Human Performance at the University of Montana. He specializes in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Boot Camp and also focuses on Senior Fitness, Functional Movement and Rehabilitation Exercises and Strength and Conditioning. Outside the gym Marlon spends most of his time volunteering with non-profit organizations. When the weather allows it you can often find him hiking some peak.
Growing up an athlete and competing as a football player at the University of Montana until injuries forced retirement, Austin developed a passion for rehabilitation and strength training. Working as a Strength and Conditioning Intern for the University of Montana Football Team and Tennis Team exposed him to the desire of not only getting individuals stronger but to be able to move better without pain. Austin strives for optimal movement to attain a better quality of life for his clients. He believes that a solid foundation of strength, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance carries over from the gym to daily life. His training seeks to improve clients overall strength, functional strength, joint mobility and integrity, postural correction, core strength, and fat loss.
Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, training, camping, hiking, and serving at Sovereign Hope Church.
Tyler, originally from Southern California, started at the PEAK in early 2017 as an intern, and has not looked back. Tyler started pursuing a business degree, but his passion for health and fitness diverted him towards Exercise Science. He specializes in circuit training, strength and muscle growth, High Intensity Interval Training, and weight loss. His hobbies outside of the gym include golfing, floating, hiking, concerts, and road trips.
Kristi is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and enjoys working with a variety of clients to help them achieve their individual health and fitness goals. She has a wealth of different experiences including those in personal training, physical therapy and clinical exercise physiology. She is an Exercise is Medicine Credential Level 3 provider which equips her to help create sustained lifestyle and behavioral changes for healthy clients as well as those which may have acute and chronic diseases. She is experienced with fitness assessments, body composition measurements, exercise testing, exercise progression, client education and leading group exercise classes such as circuit style, HIIT, boot camp, body pump, cycling, cardiovascular fitness and strength training. Kristi specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, functional strength training, endurance training, core training, weight loss, and disease risk factor modification. Kristi’s interests include running, yoga, hiking, and enjoying time with her family.
After competing in several physique competitions, his passion grew to explore new ways of developing strength. Khai specializes in functional training, weight loss and muscular strength. As a native Montanan, you can find him outdoors, enjoying what our beautiful state has to offer with his wife Madeline and their golden retriever, Goose.
Carole has been in the Fitness industry for over a decade, starting in the industry as a Natural Figure Competitor she came to see an unhealthy side to the fitness industry and realized her passion to help others find balance and achieve their fitness & health goals without extreme measures. Carole has a unique approach to Training & Lifestyle management that is sure to help you with anything from weight loss, balanced nutrition to sport performance. Carole enjoys the outdoors, golf and bow hunting.
