Classes are designed to assist our members as they achieve their desired level of fitness in a safe and motivating environment. All instructors are certified and many are also part of our highly qualified and capable personal training team.

Cycling – The PEAK cycling studio overlooks our basketball court and indoor track. Join us for an invigorating, fun workout in one of many indoor cycling classes featuring LeMond™ bikes. Mind & Body – Mind & Body refers to methods of movement that require mental intention and focus. PEAK Members and Guests will benefit from the practices of CoreAlign, Pilates, and Yoga. These forms of fitness emphasize fluid whole body movements that are appropriate for all, from those recovering from injury to high performance athletes. Mind & Body Schedule (pdf)
Water Aerobics – Challenge your cardiovascular and muscular capacity in both deep and shallow water aerobics classes. Our class schedule is designed for all fitness levels. Aquatics Schedule (pdf)
Swim Lessons – We offer swimming lessons for all levels, adults included. The PEAK Sun Rays, our childrens swim team (ages 5-12), is a great way for kids to stay active and is a nice addition to other sports.
